第一條 國立臺灣海洋大學海洋生物科技及環境生態永續國際碩士學位學程(以下簡稱本學程)為提昇課程之品質及教學成效,特依據本校課程委員會設置辦法第三條之規定設立本學程課程委員會(以下簡稱本委員會),並訂定本辦法。
第二條 本委員會設主任委員一人,由學程主任兼任之;其他委員五名,由本學程專任教師及校內合聘教師相互推選三名、本學程學生代表一名及校外學者專家、產業界或畢業校友代表一名組成之。委員任期一年,連選得連任。
校外學者專家、產業界或畢業校友代表由學程主任推派,簽請校長擇聘之。
第三條 本委員會之職責如下:
第四條 本委員會會議每學期召開一次,並得由主任委員視需要召開臨時會議。
第五條 本辦法經學程會議通過,送院、校課程委員會議備查後發布施行。

Article 1 To improve the quality of the course and the effectiveness of teaching, hereby establishes the Curriculum Committee of International Master Program in Marine Biotechnology and Environmental Ecology Sustainability (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the School’s Guidelines for the Establishment of Curriculum Committee.
Article 2 The committee shall have one chairman, concurrently served by the Program Director; five members: three are mutually recommended by the full-time Program faculty and co-appointed School faculty, one student representative of the Program, and a representative of graduate alumni, or external scholars and experts, or from the industry. Members are elected for a term of one year and are eligible for re-election.
The Program director nominates the external scholars and experts, industry or alumni representatives, and submits to the Principal to select one and appoint him/her to the position.
Article 3 The duties of the committee are as follows:
1. Curriculum planning, research, and review.
2. Matters related to the course evaluation.
3. Resolutions and implementation of other course-related matters.
Article 4 The committee meeting is held once every semester, and the chairman may hold an interim meeting as needed.
Article 5 The Guidelines shall be promulgated and implemented after being approved by the Program Meeting and submitted to the curriculum committee of the college and school for reference.
(In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese language version shall prevail.)
